1) Web access logs – used in aggregate form, we analyze information from the web access logs to learn when our web site is most active, and from where the activity originates. This information also helps us to determine how we can maximize each user’s experience when visiting the site.

2) Information submitted by our users – used both individually and in aggregate form, this information helps us to maintain relationships with our customers throughout the sales cycle. We will not sell, rent, or distribute your personal information with any unaffiliated third party, except as necessary to fulfill your request for products or services.

Third Parties:
We have contracted with a third party to process our credit card transactions in order to provide maximum security for your purchases. The credit card information that you provide during your purchase is maintained in our credit card processing company’s database for accounting and billing purposes. We do not maintain a copy of your credit card information on our servers.

Children’s Privacy:
We strive to protect the privacy of minors. ThermCap Ampacity Software is not intended to be used by children under the age of 18, and we do not intentionally collect any personal information from children under the age of 18. We stay current with federal Acts governing the collection and use of information obtained from minors, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
